We opt for fixed fees, transparently established at the beginning of our collaboration. These reflect the total cost of the service, without hidden charges or subsequent variations, allowing for rigorous budget planning.
To facilitate commercial operations, we accept fee payments in RON, EUR, or USD.
In our mission to bridge the gap in access to justice, we are open to discussing flexible payment alternatives, analyzed individually for each client.
Flexible, on-demand legal advice
The STARTER subscription is designed as a quick-access solution for legal consultations, addressing specific questions and situations that can be resolved efficiently, without the need for in-depth legal analysis or document drafting.
Through this subscription, TGZ Legal clients benefit from direct access to a lawyer by phone and email during working hours, as well as individual consultations at our office, provided the requests fall within the scope of quick, concrete clarifications.
Interactions are unlimited in number, and responses are provided, as a rule, within 24–48 working hours, depending on the nature of the request and workload.
The STARTER subscription does not include services requiring extensive legal analysis or dedicated work, such as drafting or reviewing contracts, notices, legal opinions, negotiations with third parties, representation before authorities or courts, or the management of complex legal projects.
If, during discussions, a request is found to exceed the scope of the STARTER subscription, the client will be informed transparently, and the respective service will be offered based on a separate quote.
Clients who maintain an active, continuous, and uninterrupted STARTER subscription for a minimum of 12 consecutive months will, after reaching this threshold, receive a 15% discount on the base fee applicable to any future request requiring a separate quote (e.g., drafting a contract or providing a legal opinion).
The discount does not apply retroactively and does not apply to the subscription fee itself, but exclusively to additional services rendered after the seniority condition is met.
The STARTER subscription is not subject to a minimum contract term and may be terminated at any time by either party, by written notice sent to TGZ Legal's email address, under the conditions agreed upon contractually.
